This January, we’re teaming up with our friends at Morning Market to reimagine a nostalgic summer treat — gelato pop sticks. The three flavours champion seasonal produce and artisanal techniques, and are our new favourite way to beat the heat:

ALMOND CLASSIC
Silky almond gelato coated in milk choc and slivered almond pieces.⁠

HONEYCOMB CRUNCH
Vanilla bean gelato coated in milk choc and honeycomb. Our honeycomb chocolate (a best-seller at Morning Market) in frozen form!

BOYSENBERRY SWIRL
Boysenberry and fior di latte gelato rippled with boysenberry jam coated in dark choc.

“Morning Market’s deep connection to local growers and artisanal producers aligns beautifully with the way we approach gelato at Pidapipo. These popsicles really capture that shared philosophy of simple, thoughtful flavours made for hot summer days,” says Pidapipo’s Lisa Valmorbida.

Handmade at our Fitzroy Laboratorio, the pop sticks are available for $12 each at all Pidapipo stores + Morning Market Fitzroy from this Thursday, 22nd January.
